Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding purchases, cancellations, and refunds for dance classes and packages offered by OLE Dance Fitness (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

 

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for: Class packages, Individual class bookings, Missed classes, No-shows

2. Package Validity

  • Packages are valid only for the dates specified at the time of purchase.

  • For example, summer program packages are valid only for classes held between June 9 and July 29.

  • Unused classes after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

  • Once a class or package is purchased, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

  • If you are unable to attend a class, the booking will be considered forfeited.

 

4. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled class (“no-show”) will result in the loss of that class.

  • No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

5. Studio-Initiated Changes

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, we may offer:A rescheduled class, or A credit toward a future class

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.

  • Any approved exception does not establish a precedent for future cases.
